About Us

Our company was founded by a US Marine, James Williams, a veteran with over 24 years of consulting in strategy, management, leadership, and workforce knowledge. James' unique experience in service was primarily assigned to work with the civilian population of Central Florida. He had the privilege of conducting career talks to future generations and training and mentoring recruits, preparing them for one of the most rigorous training in the world, Marine Corps boot camp. He spent most of his service as a Corporate Trainer and Senior adviser to executive leaders, where he trained and advised DOD personnel around the southeast of the United States. 

James developed training plans, strategic growth, and operations and implemented quality control measures. He also worked in workforce development as a Business Consultant assisting businesses from multiple industries with talent solutions, marketing, data trends, hiring events on-site or virtual, and programs provided with federal and state funding to allow companies to thrive and excel. With over two decades of experience, he is committed to the success of transforming businesses to stay competitive and perform at their optimal level.
